Minimum Qualifications Needed for a Usable Responsive Theme:
- Fully respond to width changes down to 340 pixels wide.
- Include a Full-Width or ‘Designer’ page to allow your own custom layout.
- ????? Bonus: Includes built in short codes for your use.

- Even though the demo shows a full width page, there doesn’t actually seem to be any way to create one after installing and testing the theme.
