Installation of Plugin:

Either: Use the WordPress Dashboard to upload the zip file to your WordPress site. Or: Unzip the plugin. Upload the like-tweet-share-buttons-in-post directory into your wp-content/plugins/ directory using ftp.

Then: Login to your WordPress Admin menu, go to Plugins, and activate it. In the left column of your Admin panel, click on Like/Tweet/Share under the Settings group to make any changes you want on the plugin options page.
