Over the past year there has been an average increase of 30% on commodity prices. The demand remains strong for commodities so it is predictable to see steady pricing and possibly more increases in the future.

Radon Gas is nothing new in the building construction industry, but the last few years has drawn more attention do to the deadly effects it has on humans. Radon gas can leak into basements of most homes through small cracks in block walls, concrete floors, and even plumbing pipes. Test kits are available and radon levels should be checked every 1 to 2 years. We are in the process of updating our inventory to give our customers a few different options to solve radon problems that do exist.
